"Outdoor metropolitan space in winter, late afternoon or evening vision", was allegedly bought by the parents of the current owner at an auction of the gallery ETUDE TAJAN - COMMISSAIRES - PRISEURS ASSOCIES in 37 Rue des Mathurins, 75008 Paris, France, as we could see from the original stickers of this Gallery and other details on the back of the painting and has been allegedly for more than 70 years in the possession of the client’s family.

Unfortunately turned out during the verification with the auction house "Etude Tajan-Commissaires - Priseurs Associes in Paris, France, tat this painting was not sold at any auction of the Etude Tajan-Commissaires - Priseurs Associés in Paris, France, nor do any documents exist in their archives about this painting and that it is a fake painting was also confirmed to us by the niece of the painter Jacob Abraham Camille Pissarro in London, UK, which also meant that all the enclosed expert opinions, which were made by several experts, also turned out to be worthless, because none of these so-called experts had taken the time like us to contact the respective foundations and to require a certificate of authenticity what the foundations can only deliver when the painting a true an genuine.

We were entrusted with the sale by the owner of two paintings by Peter Paul Rubens, which he allegedly inherited from his grandmother by notarial deed, that we had them checked by the Rubenianum in Antwerp, Belgium.

Unfortunately after verification by the the Rubenianum in Antwerp, Belgium it turned out, that none of the two paintings were painted by Peter Paul Rubens, but by a certain Abraham Willemsens (c. 1605-10-1672), who was already known at that time for having made fake paintings by Peter Paul Rubens, therefore, all the expert opinions and documents, which were made by several experts and delivered to us, were worthless, because none of these so-called experts had taken the  the time like us to contact the respective foundations and to require a certificate of authenticity from the Rubenianum in Antwerp, Belgium, so we informed the authorities in Zurich, Switzerland who carried out an immediate confiscation of the two forged paintings from the security company where it was deposit.

We were entrusted with the sale by the owner of this painting by Peter Paul Rubens, which he allegedly buy in 2000 with a notarized sale and purchase agreement that we had them checked by the Rubenianum in Antwerp, Belgium.

Unfortunately after verification by the the Rubenianum in Antwerp, Belgium it turned out, that this painting was a fake painting and already known to the Rubenianum in Antwerp, Belgium, because the  documents and the painting was already presented to the Rubenianum in Antwerp, Belgium five (5) times by different people which all of them claimed of being the owner or the mandate, therefore, all the expert opinions and documents, which were made by several experts and delivered to us by the alleged owner were worthless, because none of these so-called experts had taken the  the time like us to contact the respective Rubenianum in Antwerp, Belgium and required a certificate of authenticity, so we informed the authorities in Lugano and Chiasso, Switzerland, who carried out an immediate confiscation of the this forged paintings from the security company where it was deposit.
