Terms and condition to participate and sell your painting or art object on our online auction

Application

We are preparing our next online auction for February 21st, 2025 and invite all customers, who wish to sell their painting or art object via our online auction to contact us in writing and to transmit all necessary customer information as well as documents and pictures of the painting or art object so that our Compliance Department can carry out a due diligence to decide whether the painting or art object offered by the customer can be sold on our online auction.

First Item

We also point out that there is an obligation for the customer who wants to sell the painting or art object on our online auction to deliver the painting or art object two (2) weeks before the online auction to the safe vault room within the Credit Suisse bank in Switzerland under the custody of our law firm.

Second Item

Customers who for personal reasons express the desire to deliver the said painting or art object we can assist by making all preparations, so that the painting or art object is stored on arrival in the safe vault room at the branch of Credit Suiss Bank in Basel, Switzerland managed by our law firm acting as fiduciary until the painting or art object has been sold on our online auction, the customer does not incur any costs by the storage of the painting or art object even if their painting or ar
